If a place is not available parents can place a child's name on a waiting list. There is a $40.00 non-refundable administration fee per waiting list addition. Notification will be provided as soon as a place becomes available. Fees will be payable from the take up date.
On commencement it is recommended that an orientation to the creche takes place to allow both the parent/guardian and the child to become familiar with staff and surroundings. A parent/guardian is asked to stay with their child until it is felt that the child will cope with separation. It is hoped that by being flexible at this time, the child will be allowed the best chance of settling in.
A form advising the child's birth date, home address, telephone numbers, emergency contacts, immunisation details, actual times required and information required by government agencies must be completed by the parent/guardian at the time the child starts at the creche. Any specific health needs and access arrangements should also be stated.
It is essential that that any change of address and telephone numbers for both parents/guardian and emergency contact are advised to the Co-ordinator.
