Carol Phelan
Carol has worked in a variety of child care centres for over 16 years, working with children aged between 3 months - 5 years. She completed the Associate Diploma of Social Science in Child Care in 1995 and joined the team at RCK in 1999 on a permanent basis. Carol took a break from child care in 2002 to run a successful fish 'n' chip shop in Trentham. In February 2006 Carol re-joined RCK as a permanent reliever and in October re joined the team on a pernament, full time basis.In January 2008 Carol took on the program team leader position. Carol works Tuesday-Friday.
