The Fundraising sub committee was established to share the work load between families and to allow them an opportunity to participate at RCK contributing their time and expertise to benefit the creche. A schedule of events have been devised based on family feedback, research and family participation in previous events and families look forward to these each year.

The fundraising sub committee will be responsible for following the schedule events as outlined, promoting, preparing, co-ordinating and implementing them. If the sub committee has new ideas for events, they need to be discussed with the Co-ordinator, then presented to the main committee for approval.

The sub committee needs to liaise with the Co-ordinator regularly to ensure dates and times etc are appropriate and that staff are kept up to date with events that are occurring. The sub committee meets regularly as organised amongst the group and present their information to the main committee once a month at the Committee meeting.
